From the principal’s desk.....

Greetings from ECR!
My strength in schooling illustrates specific examples of my teaching , leadership and administrative duties. My evaluations have always noted my strengths as being creative thinking, problem solving, strong long-range planning, and the ability to communicate with a diverse population. I believe that my strengths and abilities are exactly what you are looking for.
“If there are five virtues to define me, I would always long for teaching to be the primary one for me; it is not a profession but a passion”.

I enjoy the challenges of education, working with teachers, parents, and students, and the opportunities to make education happen for each student. I feel that I can be an effective leader for our organisation, an organisation that has a strong reputation for providing opportunities for high academic achievement and personal growth for all of its student population.

Lastly I have handled 16 K-12 Schools as an Academic administrator,120000 students,1200 teaching & non-teaching staff.
