Our Founder does the work of leadership and has a vital role in shaping the culture of our school and ensuring that effective policies, procedures and strategies are in place for responding to bullying and unacceptable behavior.
She started the school with a small hut having only 7 children at KG in the beginning and now it has grown into a big banyan tree where around nine thousand students both Matric and CBSE find a shelter to get effective education and culture.

As the founder I had an earnest desire to build up an institution where an education blended in all colors of human values could be given and today I feel proud to say that my lofty dream of a quality institution is taking shape through it. Today ECR is one of the fastest growing schools of this district because of the high standard it maintains in providing excellent education and living up to its motto "EMPOWER, CONQUER, REJOICE".
